Karatzas & Partners has advised LAMDA Development S.A., in connection with the 7-year bond issuance of €320 million, the second Greek public bond issuance following the outbreak of the Covid-19 crisis. The issuance has been oversubscribed by 1.93 times with a remarkably wide participation of Greek retail investors.

The successful completion of LAMDA Development’s bonds issuance follows the successful completion of the €650 million share capital increase in December 2019 as another major step that the company is taking towards the implementation of the landmark “thehellinikon” Project.
