Greek law 4753/2020 extended the application of the provision of par. 2 of article 33 of Legislative Act dated 30 March 2020 (ratified by Greek law 4683/2020) that permitted the meetings of shareholders or partners of any legal entity via a teleconference, irrespective of whether this is provided for by their constitutional document, until 28 February 2021.
